तयॊः पुमांसं जग्राह राजॊपरिचरस तदा स मत्स्यॊ नाम राजासीद धार्मिकः सत्यसंगरः ।। १-५७-५१ ।।

sanskrit

'They said, 'O king, these two beings of human shape have been found in the body of a fish!' The male child amongst the two was taken by Uparichara. That child afterward became the virtuous and truthful monarch Matsya.' ।। 1-57-51 ।।

english translation

tayòH pumAMsaM jagrAha rAjòparicarasa tadA sa matsyò nAma rAjAsIda dhArmikaH satyasaMgaraH || 1-57-51 ||
