[ग] किं चित कारणम उद्दिश्य सॊमॊ ऽयं नीयते मया न दास्यामि समादातुं सॊमं कस्मै चिद अप्य अहम ॥ १-३०-८ ॥
'Garuda answered, 'There is a certain reason for which the Soma is being carried by me. I shall not give the Soma to any one for a drink.' ॥ 1-30-8 ॥
