परपूर्वगौ पूर्वजौ चित्रभानू; गिरा वा शंसामि तपनाव अनन्तौ दिव्यौ सुपर्णौ विरजौ विमानाव; अधिक्षियन्तौ भुवनानि विश्वा ।। १-३-६० ।।

'You, the primordial beings, predate creation! Your essence is revealed in this miraculous cosmos composed of five elements! I aspire to attain you through the wisdom gained from attentive learning and contemplation, for you are boundless. You represent the very essence of Nature and the intelligent Soul that encompasses its entirety. Like beautiful-feathered birds resting on a tree-like body, you transcend the three common attributes of every soul. Your uniqueness is unparalleled. Through your essence, you permeate the universe, touching every created entity with your spirit.' ।। 1-3-60 ।।

parapUrvagau pUrvajau citrabhAnU; girA vA zaMsAmi tapanAva anantau divyau suparNau virajau vimAnAva; adhikSiyantau bhuvanAni vizvA || 1-3-60 ||
