असकृद भग्नसंकल्पाः सुराश च बहुशः कृताः भयाद रणं परित्यज्य शक्रम एवाभिशिश्रियुः ॥ १-२१८-४१ ॥

'The celestials repeatedly routed by Krishna and Arjuna, at last left the field of battle for fear and sought the protection of Indra.' ॥ 1-218-41 ॥
