उचितश चैव संबन्धः सुभद्रा च यशस्विनी एष चापीदृशः पार्थः परसह्य हृतवान इति ।। १-२१३-६ ।।

sanskrit

'This alliance is very fitting. Subhadra is a renowned maiden, and Partha himself is renowned as well. Perhaps considering all this, Arjuna took her away by force.' ।। 1-213-6 ।।

english translation

ucitaza caiva saMbandhaH subhadrA ca yazasvinI eSa cApIdRzaH pArthaH parasahya hRtavAna iti || 1-213-6 ||

'Who would not desire to have Arjuna as a friend, born in the lineage of Bharata and the renowned Santanu, and also the son of Kuntibhoja's daughter?' ।। 1-213-7 ।।
