शुक्लस तवं बहुलश चैव कला काष्ठा तरुटिस तथा संवत्सरर्षवॊ मासा रजन्यश च दिनानि च ॥ १-२१-१४ ॥

sanskrit

'You are the waxing fortnight and the waning fortnight. You embody kala, kashtha, and truti. You are the year, the seasons, the months, the nights, and the days.' ॥ 1-21-13 ॥

english translation

zuklasa tavaM bahulaza caiva kalA kASThA taruTisa tathA saMvatsararSavò mAsA rajanyaza ca dinAni ca ॥ 1-21-14 ॥
