अन्यॊन्यं परति च करॊधॊ युधिष्ठिर किरीटिनॊः दवैरथे यत्र पार्थेन हतः कर्णॊ महारथः ॥ १-२-१७१ ॥

' In the fierce duel between the two mighty warriors, Karna and Yudhishthira, both displayed intense anger towards each other. Eventually, in that battlefield, the valiant Karna, adorned with a radiant diadem, met his end at the hands of Arjuna.' ॥ 1-2-171 ॥
