ऋश्य शृङ्गस्य चरितं कौमार बरह्मचारिणः जामदग्न्यस्य रामस्य चरितं भूरि तेजसः ॥ १-२-११६ ॥
'Then the story of Rishyasringa who adopted Brahmacharya mode of life from his very boyhood; then the history of Rama of great prowess, the son of Jamadagni.' ॥ 1-2-116 ॥
