दुष्टेन मनसा यॊ वै परच्छन्नेनान्तर आत्मना बरूयान निःश्रेयसं नाम कथं कुर्यात सतां मतम ॥ १-१९६-१४ ॥

'They are also always considered by you as your trusted friends! What, then, could be more ironic than them giving you advice that is not in your best interest?' ॥ 1-196-14 ॥

duSTena manasA yò vai paracchannenAntara AtmanA barUyAna niHzreyasaM nAma kathaM kuryAta satAM matama ॥ 1-196-14 ॥
