निहन्मैनं दुरात्मानं यॊ ऽयम अस्मान न मन्यते न हय अर्हत्य एष सत्कारं नापि वृद्धक्रमं गुणैः ॥ १-१८०-३ ॥

'He plants the tree and cuts it down just as it is about to bear fruit. This wretch does not regard us; therefore, let us slay him. He does not deserve our respect nor the reverence due to age.' ॥ 1-180-3 ॥

english translation

nihanmainaM durAtmAnaM yò 'yama asmAna na manyate na haya arhatya eSa satkAraM nApi vRddhakramaM guNaiH ॥ 1-180-3 ॥
