राजानॊ राजपुत्राश च यज्वानॊ भूरिदक्षिणाः सवाध्यायवन्तः शुचयॊ महात्मानॊ यतव्रताः ॥ १-१७५-१२ ॥
'At that Swayamvara, kings and princes from distant lands will arrive—those who perform grand sacrifices with abundant gifts to Brahmins, devoted to learning, virtuous, illustrious, and steadfast in their vows.' ॥ 1-175-12 ॥
