तच छैलशृङ्गप्रतिमं दानवस्य शिरॊमहत चक्रेणॊत्कृत्तम अपतच चालयद वसुधातलम ।। १-१७-७ ।।

'And the huge head of the Danava, cut off by the discus and resembling a mountain peak, then rose up to the sky and began to utter dreadful cries.' ।। 1-17-7 ।।

english translation

taca chailazRGgapratimaM dAnavasya ziròmahata cakreNòtkRttama apataca cAlayada vasudhAtalama || 1-17-7 ||
