ततः परगणयाम आसुः कस्य वारॊ ऽदय भॊजने जञात्वा चागम्य तं विप्रं पप्रच्छुः सर्व एत तत ।। १-१५२-१२ ।।

sanskrit

'Then they started to calculate whose turn it had been the day before to carry food to the Rakshasa. Discovering this, they all came to the Brahmana and asked him to satisfy their curiosity.' ।। 1-152-12 ।।

english translation

tataH paragaNayAma AsuH kasya vArò 'daya bhòjane jaJAtvA cAgamya taM vipraM papracchuH sarva eta tata || 1-152-12 ||
