एवं दारक्रिया हेतॊः परयतिष्ये पितामहाः अनेन विधिना शश्वन न करिष्ये ऽहम अन्यथा ।। १-१३-२७ ।।

'Considering the reason for marriage in this way, I shall strive to fulfill your wishes,I shall not act otherwise in this matter.'।। 1-13-27 ।।

english translation

evaM dArakriyA hetòH parayatiSye pitAmahAH anena vidhinA zazvana na kariSye 'hama anyathA || 1-13-27 ||
