[दरुपद] अकृतेयं तव परज्ञा बरह्मन नातिसमञ्जसी यन मां बरवीषि परसभं सखा ते ऽहम इति दविज ।। १-१२२-२ ।।

sanskrit

'Receiving this response from his friend, Bharadwaja's son, though joyous at heart, found it difficult to digest those words. The king of the Panchalas, intoxicated with the pride of wealth, furrowed his brows in anger and, with eyes reddened, spoke thus to Drona: 'O Brahmana, your understanding seems lacking, as you suddenly claim to be my friend!' ।। 1-122-2 ।।

[darupada] akRteyaM tava parajJA barahmana nAtisamaJjasI yana mAM baravISi parasabhaM sakhA te 'hama iti davija || 1-122-2 ||
