सततं समान्वतप्यन्त तम एव भरतर्षभम पौरजानपदाः सर्वे मृतं सवम इव बान्धवम ॥ १-११९-४ ॥

sanskrit

'All the citizens, along with their dependents, constantly surrounded that foremost scion of the Bharata dynasty, as if he were a dear relative who had returned from the dead.' ॥ 1-119-4 ॥

english translation

satataM samAnvatapyanta tama eva bharatarSabhama paurajAnapadAH sarve mRtaM savama iva bAndhavama ॥ 1-119-4 ॥
