अमाद्यद इन्द्रः सॊमेन दक्षिणाभिर दविजातयः वयुषिताश्वस्य राजर्षेस ततॊ यज्ञे महात्मनः ॥ १-११२-९ ॥
'Intoxicated by the Soma juice he drank and the generous gifts bestowed by the Brahmanas, Indra, along with the other gods and the great Rishis, took over the duties of the sacrificial ritual, performing all its rites on behalf of the illustrious royal sage Vayushitasva.' ॥ 1-112-9 ॥
