ये पुरा कुरु राष्ट्राणि जह्रुः कुरु धनानि च ते नागपुरसिंहेन पाण्डुना करदाः कृताः ॥ १-१०५-२१ ॥

sanskrit

'Those who had previously taken away the territories and wealth of the Kurus were turned into mere vassals by Pandu, the lion of the city of Nagapura.' ॥ 1-105-21 ॥

english translation

ye purA kuru rASTrANi jahruH kuru dhanAni ca te nAgapurasiMhena pANDunA karadAH kRtAH ॥ 1-105-21 ॥
