ददौ स दश धर्माय कश्यपाय तरयॊदश कालस्य नयने युक्ताः सप्त विंशतिम इन्दवे ।। १-७०-८ ।।

sanskrit

'And he made all of them his appointed daughters (so that their sons might be his sons also for the performance of all religious acts). And he bestowed ten of his daughters on Dharma and thirteen on Kasyapa. And he gave twenty-seven to Chandra, who all indicate time.' ।। 1-70-8 ।।

english translation

dadau sa daza dharmAya kazyapAya tarayòdaza kAlasya nayane yuktAH sapta viMzatima indave || 1-70-8 ||
