नृगस्य यज्ञस तव अजमीढस्य चासीद; यथा यज्ञॊ दाशरथेश च राज्ञः तथा यज्ञॊ ऽयं तव भारताग्र्य; पारिक्षित सवस्ति नॊ ऽसतु परियेभ्यः ।। १-५०-५ ।।

sanskrit

'The sacrifice of Nriga and Ajamida, just as they contributed to the sacrifice of King Dasaratha, similarly, O descendant of Bharata, your sacrifice also adds to it. May there be well-being for us and all.' ।। 1-50-5 ।।

english translation

nRgasya yajJasa tava ajamIDhasya cAsIda; yathA yajJò dAzaratheza ca rAjJaH tathA yajJò 'yaM tava bhAratAgrya; pArikSita savasti nò 'satu pariyebhyaH || 1-50-5 ||
