ममाप्य एषा मतिस तात या भीष्मस्य महात्मनः संविभज्यास तु कौन्तेया धर्म एष सनातनः ।। १-१९६-२ ।।

sanskrit

'O father, my thoughts on this matter echo those of the illustrious Bhishma. Let a portion of the kingdom be given to the Pandavas. This is eternal righteousness.' ।। 1-196-2 ।।

english translation

mamApya eSA matisa tAta yA bhISmasya mahAtmanaH saMvibhajyAsa tu kaunteyA dharma eSa sanAtanaH || 1-196-2 ||
