दरान्दोलित-दीर्घाक्षी दर-हासोज्ज्वलन्-मुखी । गुरुमूर्तिर्गुणनिधिर्गोमाता गुहजन्मभूः ॥ १२१॥
The Goddess has long, graceful eyes that move with gentle shyness, and her face glows with a charming smile. She is the embodiment of the Guru, the repository of all virtues, the universal mother, and the mother of Lord Skanda.

देवी की लम्बी, सुंदर आँखें कोमल लज्जा से डोलती हैं और उनके मुख पर एक मनोहर मधुर मुस्कान की उज्ज्वलता है। वे गुरु-स्वरूपिणी हैं, गुणों की खान हैं, समस्त जीवों की माता हैं और भगवान कार्तिकेय (गुह / स्कंद) की जन्मदात्री हैं।
