उन्मेषनिमिषोत्पन्नविपत्रभुवनावलीः। सहस्रशीर्षवदना सहस्राक्षी सहस्रपात्॥ ६६॥
With the mere opening and closing of His eyes, countless universes arise and dissolve. He is the one with a thousand heads and faces, a thousand eyes, and a thousand feet.

उनकी पलक झपकने मात्र से असंख्य ब्रह्माण्ड उत्पन्न और लय को प्राप्त होते हैं। वे सहस्र (हजारों) मुखों, सहस्र नेत्रों और सहस्र चरणों वाले हैं।

ब्रह्मा से लेकर कीट तक की जननी वही हैं। वह वर्ण और आश्रम की व्यवस्था करने वाली हैं। निज आज्ञा के रूप में वेदों का स्वरूप हैं। और पुण्य तथा पाप के अनुसार फल देने वाली हैं।

hk transliteration by Sanscriptश्रुति-सीमन्त-सिन्दूरी-कृत-पादाब्ज-धूलिका । सकलागम-सन्दोह-शुक्ति-सम्पुट-मौक्तिका ॥ ६८॥
The dust from whose lotus feet has become the vermilion adorning the parting of the hair of the Vedas (Shruti), She is the pearl enclosed within the oyster-shell of the collected Agamas (scriptures).

जिनके चरणों की धूलि वेदों (श्रुतियों) की सीमाओं की सिन्दूर रेखा बन गई है, वे भगवान उन समस्त आगम शास्त्रों के संग्रह रूपी शंख में सुशोभित मोती के समान हैं।

She who bestows all the four goals of life (Purusharthas), who is complete, the giver of worldly enjoyments, the sovereign Goddess of the universe; She is Ambika, without beginning or end, and is served by Vishnu, Brahma, and Indra.

जो सभी पुरुषार्थों (धर्म, अर्थ, काम, मोक्ष) को प्रदान करने वाली हैं, जो पूर्ण हैं, भोगों को देने वाली हैं, समस्त संसार की स्वामिनी हैं। जो अम्बिका हैं — आदि और अंत से रहित, और जिनकी सेवा विष्णु, ब्रह्मा और इन्द्र करते हैं।

She is Narayani, of the form of primal sound (Nada), transcending name and form; She is the utterer of 'Hrim', the embodiment of 'Hrim', delightful to the heart, and beyond all acceptance and rejection.

वे नारायणी हैं, नाद (ध्वनि) स्वरूपा हैं, नाम और रूप से परे हैं; ह्रीं बीज का उच्चारण करने वाली हैं, ह्रीं स्वरूपा हैं, हृदय में रमणीय हैं, और जिनमें न कुछ त्याज्य (हेय) है न ही कुछ ग्रहणीय (उपादेय)।
