निस्तुला नीलचिकुरा निरपाया निरत्यया । दुर्लभा दुर्गमा दुर्गा दुःखहन्त्री सुखप्रदा ॥ ५०॥

That goddess is incomparable, who has beautiful black curly hair. She is beyond all means and indestructible. She is extremely rare, not easy to get, but she helps one to cross even the toughest paths, that is why she is called 'Durga'. She destroys sorrows and provides happiness to her devotees.

english translation

वह देवी अतुलनीय हैं, जिनकी सुंदर काली घुंघराली केशराशि है। वे उपायातीत और अविनाशी हैं। वे अत्यंत दुर्लभ हैं, जिन्हें पाना सरल नहीं, पर जो दुर्गम मार्गों को भी पार करा देती हैं, इसीलिए उन्हें 'दुर्गा' कहा गया है। वे दुःखों का नाश करती हैं और अपने भक्तों को सुख प्रदान करती हैं।
