सर्वारुणाऽनवद्याङ्गी सर्वाभरण-भूषिता । शिव-कामेश्वराङ्कस्था शिवा स्वाधीन-वल्लभा ॥ २१॥

The Goddess' entire body is red like the morning rays of the Sun, Her beautiful body is adorned with divine ornaments, She is seated on the lap of Shiva, the conqueror of desires (Kameshwara), the wife of Shiva whose power she is and who dominates her husband Shiva in the creative part of the cyclical movement of time.

english translation

देवी का सर्वांग सूर्य की प्रातःकालीन किरणों के समान लाल है, दिव्य आभूषणों से सुशोभित उनके सुंदर अंग हैं, वह इच्छा के विजेता (कामेश्वर) शिव की गोद में बैठी हैं, शिव की पत्नी वह जिसकी शक्ति हैं और जो समय की चक्रीय गति के रचनात्मक भाग में अपने पति शिव पर हावी हैं।
