सुकृतेहामृगाकीर्णं सुकीर्णं भक्तिभिस्तथा । मन्श्चक्षुश्च भूतानामाददत्तिग्मतेजसा ॥ २-१५-३६
The palace was full of skilfully carved gold images of deer ( or wolves ) and other embellishments. It attracted the minds and the eyes of all living beings with brilliant splendour. ॥ 2-15-36॥

sukRtehAmRgAkIrNaM sukIrNaM bhaktibhistathA । manzcakSuzca bhUtAnAmAdadattigmatejasA ॥ 2-15-36
hk transliteration by Sanscriptचन्द्रभास्करसंकाशम् कुबेरभवनोपमम् । महेन्द्रधामप्रतिमं नानापक्षिसमाकुलम् ॥ २-१५-३७
Resplendent like the Sun and the Moon, it looked like the abode of Kubera and a reflected image of the abode of Mahendra. It was crowded with birds of various kinds. ॥ 2-15-37॥

candrabhAskarasaMkAzam kuberabhavanopamam । mahendradhAmapratimaM nAnApakSisamAkulam ॥ 2-15-37
hk transliteration by Sanscriptमेरुशृङ्गसमम् सूतो रामवेश्म ददर्श ह । उपस्थितैः समाकीर्णम् जनैरञ्जलिकारिभिः ॥ २-१५-३८
In height it was equal to the peak of mount Meru. It was filled with the people arrived there with folded hands. - ॥ 2-15-38॥

meruzRGgasamam sUto rAmavezma dadarza ha । upasthitaiH samAkIrNam janairaJjalikAribhiH ॥ 2-15-38

People who came with gifts, from different districts thronged the palace. With their happy faces they were eagerly waiting to see the spectacle of Rama's coronation. The presence of all of them was gratifying there. ॥ 2-15-39॥

upAdAya samAkrAntaistathA jAnapadairjanaiH । rAmAbhiSekasumukhairunmukhaiH samalamkRtam ॥ 2-15-39

Lofty, it looked like a vast cloud. Welldecked and filled with various gems, it was crowded with hunchbacked servants and servants of kirata tribe (hunters) too. ॥ 2-15-40॥
