पितुस्त्वमेव मे गत्वा शीघ्रमाचक्ष्य राघव । न त्वामनुदहेत्क्रुद्धो वनं वह्निरिवैधितः ॥ २-६३-४६

sanskrit

Oh ! scion of the Raghus (Dasaratha) Go at once and inform my father, lest in anger he should burn you like ignited fire consuming the forest. ॥ 2-63-46॥

english translation

pitustvameva me gatvA zIghramAcakSya rAghava । na tvAmanudahetkruddho vanaM vahnirivaidhitaH ॥ 2-63-46

'Gently remove the arrow from my body, Oh ! king the sharp arrow is piercing deep into my vital just like the current of the river hits its elevated bank.' ॥ 1-63-48॥

vizalyaM kuru mAM rAjanmarma me nizitaH zaraH । ruNaddhi mRdusotsedhaM tIramamburayo yathA ॥ 2-63-48
