शाद्वलेषु यथा शिश्ये वनान्ते वनगोचर । कुथास्तरणतल्पेषु किं स्यात्सुखतरं ततः ॥ २-३०-१४

Oh ! rover of the forest I will feel happier when I sleep on the meadows (of tender green grass) on the outskirts of the forest than when I sleep on the couch spread with carpets. ॥ 2-30-14॥

english translation

zAdvaleSu yathA zizye vanAnte vanagocara । kuthAstaraNatalpeSu kiM syAtsukhataraM tataH ॥ 2-30-14
