अचिन्त्य कल्पम् हि पितुस् तम् शोकम् उपधारयन् । बभूव सम्रब्धतरः समुद्रैव पर्वणि ॥ २-१८-७
The more Rama reflected on the incomprehensible sorrow of his father, the more he became perturbed like an ocean on the new Moon day. [2-18-7]
