दत्ता चास्मीष्टवद्देव्यै ज्येष्ठायै पुण्यकर्मणा । तया सम्भाविता चास्मि स्निग्धया मातृसौहृदात् ॥ २-११८-३३

Bestowed as the choicest one of meritorious acts on the chief queen, I was brought up by her, by nature affectionate, with the love of a mother. ॥ 2-118-33॥

dattA cAsmISTavaddevyai jyeSThAyai puNyakarmaNA । tayA sambhAvitA cAsmi snigdhayA mAtRsauhRdAt ॥ 2-118-33
