यथा दैवमशौडीरं शौण्डीर क्षत्रियर्षभ । किन्नाम कृपणं दैवमशक्तमभिशंससि ॥ २-२३-७
destiny as allpowerful in these circumstances, Oh ! Rama, the greatest among the brave kshatriyas when it is powerless? Why do you extol this pitiable and powerless destiny? ॥ 2-23-7॥

yathA daivamazauDIraM zauNDIra kSatriyarSabha । kinnAma kRpaNaM daivamazaktamabhizaMsasi ॥ 2-23-7
