स्मितपूर्वाभिभाषी च धर्मं सर्वात्मना श्रितः | सम्यग्योक्ता श्रेयसां च न विगृह्य कथारुचिः || २-२-४२
He ( Rama ) speaks with a smile and protects dharma with all his heart. He duly procures beneficent deeds. He is not interested in wrangling talks. [2-2-42]
But during debates he is eloquent like Brihaspati (establishing the truth on the basis of reasoning). He has beautiful eyebrows. He has red and broad eyes. He is absolutely like the God Vishnu himself..... - [2-2-43]
रामो लोकाभिरामोऽयं शौर्यवीर्यपराक्रमैः | प्रजापालनतत्त्वज्ञो न रागोपहतेन्द्रियः || २-२-४४
- in strength, heroism and valour. Rama is the source of delight to the world. He is proficient in the ways and means of ruling the people. His senses are not overpowered by passion. [2-2-44]
