न द्रक्ष्यामि यदि त्वां तु प्रवेक्ष्यामि हुताशनम् । तथेति च प्रतिज्ञाय तं परिष्वज्य सादरम् ॥ २-११२-२६

sanskrit

- if I do not behold you, I shall enter the blazing fire.' 'Be it so', he ( Rama ) assured and then affectionately embracing him ( Bharata ) . - ॥ 2-112-26॥

english translation

na drakSyAmi yadi tvAM tu pravekSyAmi hutAzanam । tatheti ca pratijJAya taM pariSvajya sAdaram ॥ 2-112-26
