ततः सर्वाः समापेतुर्मातरो भरतस्य ताः । उपवासकृशा दीना भर्तृव्यसनकर्शिताः॥ २-८७-६

Then Bharata's mothers, who were emaciated due to fasting and afflicted by the calamity of the death of their husband were desolate, rushed towards him. ॥ 2-87-6॥

tataH sarvAH samApeturmAtaro bharatasya tAH । upavAsakRzA dInA bhartRvyasanakarzitAH॥ 2-87-6
