गतेष्वथ नृपो भूयः पौरेषु सह मन्त्रिभिः | मन्त्रयुत्वा ततश्चक्रे निश्चयज्ञः स निश्चयम् || २-४-१

After the citizens left, Dasharatha who was efficient in taking decisions ( pertaining to place and time of ceremonies ), again conferred with the ministers and decided thus: - [2-4-1]

english translation

gateSvatha nRpo bhUyaH paureSu saha mantribhiH | mantrayutvA tatazcakre nizcayajJaH sa nizcayam || 2-4-1
