गतेष्वथ नृपो भूयः पौरेषु सह मन्त्रिभिः । मन्त्रयुत्वा ततश्चक्रे निश्चयज्ञः स निश्चयम् ॥ २-४-१

sanskrit

After the citizens left, Dasharatha who was efficient in taking decisions ( pertaining to place and time of ceremonies ), again conferred with the ministers and decided thus ॥ 2-4-1॥

english translation

gateSvatha nRpo bhUyaH paureSu saha mantribhiH । mantrayutvA tatazcakre nizcayajJaH sa nizcayam ॥ 2-4-1
