अपश्यन्नगरं श्रीमान् नानाजनसमाकुलम् । स गृहैरभ्रसंकाशैः पांडुरैरुपशोभितम् ॥ २-१७-२

- and crowded with multitudes of people, the city was beheld by the glorious one ( Rama ). Lined with houses gleaming pale white like cloud . - ॥ 2-17-2॥

apazyannagaraM zrImAn nAnAjanasamAkulam । sa gRhairabhrasaMkAzaiH pAMDurairupazobhitam ॥ 2-17-2
