मुहूर्तं चिन्तयामास मार्गमात्मसुखावहम् । सा सुहृच्चार्थकामा च तं निशम्य सुनिश्चयम् ॥ २-१०-४

- thought for a while about the means of bringing happiness to herself. She ( Manthara ), Kaikeyi's friend, too, driven by a strong desire to fulfil her resolve and on hearing the firm determination . - ॥ 2-10-4॥
