उत्तिष्ठोत्तिष्ठ किं शेषे राजपुत्र महायशः | त्वद्विधा नहि शोचन्ति सन्तः सदसि सम्मताः || २-७२-२४

- 'Oh ! illustrious prince arise, arise. Why are you lying down on the floor? Learned people like you, who are worthy of honour in the assembly ought not to grieve like this. [2-72-24]

english translation

uttiSThottiSTha kiM zeSe rAjaputra mahAyazaH | tvadvidhA nahi zocanti santaH sadasi sammatAH || 2-72-24
