एवं स कृपणं तत्र पर्यदेवयतासकृत् । ततोऽस्मै कर्तुमुदकं प्रवृत्तः सह भार्यया ॥ २-६४-४७

In this way the ascetic piteously wailed again and again. Thereafter, he with his wife set about to perform the funeral obsequies of their son. ॥ 2-64-47॥

evaM sa kRpaNaM tatra paryadevayatAsakRt । tato'smai kartumudakaM pravRttaH saha bhAryayA ॥ 2-64-47
