शक्य आपतितः सोढुं प्रहारो रिपुहस्ततः । सोढुंमापतितश्शोकस्सुसूक्ष्मोऽपि न शक्यते ॥ २-६२-१६
One can endure an unexpected blow from the enemy's hand but to endure unexpected grief, however slight it may be, is impossible. [2-62-16]
