प्रगृह्य शिरसा पात्रं हविषो विधिवत्तदा । महते दैवतायाज्यं जुहाव ज्वलितानले ॥ २-६-२

Then holding the vessel containing havish, bowed to it, he offered the oblations of clarified butter into the sacred fire for Vishnu in accordance with ritual practices. ॥ 2-6-2॥

pragRhya zirasA pAtraM haviSo vidhivattadA । mahate daivatAyAjyaM juhAva jvalitAnale ॥ 2-6-2
