प्राचीनाः सिन्धुसौवीराः सौराष्ट्रा दक्षिणापथाः । वङ्गाङ्गमगधा मत्स्याः समृद्धाः काशिकोसलाः ॥ २-१०-३७

- the regions in the east, Sindhu, Sauvira areas, Saurashtra, Southern regions, Banga, Anga, Magadha states, Matsya kingdom and Kashi and Kosala countries which are prosperous places. ॥ 2-10-37॥
