इमा हि ते परिषदः श्रेणयश्च द्विजास्तथा । एषु तात चरन्धर्मं नातिवर्ते: स‌तां गतिम् ॥ २-१११-५

All these learned men, guilds of merchants and the twiceborn (brahmins) of this assembly are your men. By fulfilling your duty towards them, you will never swerve from the path of the virtuous. ॥ 2-111-5॥

english translation

imA hi te pariSadaH zreNayazca dvijAstathA । eSu tAta carandharmaM nAtivarte: sa‌tAM gatim ॥ 2-111-5
