तवद अनुग्रह बुद्ध्या तु विप्रैतद दर्शितं मया वाक्यं च शृणु मे तात यत ते वक्ष्ये हितं दविज ॥ ३-२०५-६ ॥
'O Brahmana, I have explained all this to you as a favor. Now, listen to my words, dear one, for I shall speak that which is beneficial to you.' ॥ 3-205-6 ॥
english translation
तवया विनिकृता माता पिता च दविजसत्तम अनिसृष्टॊ ऽसि निष्क्रान्तॊ गृहात ताभ्याम अनिन्दित वेदॊच्चारण कार्यार्थम अयुक्तं तत तवया कृतम ॥ ३-२०५-७ ॥
'O best among the twice-born, you have wronged both your mother and father. You left home without their permission, O blameless one, For the sake of Vedic recitation - what you did was improper.' ॥ 3-205-7 ॥
english translation
तव शॊकेन वृद्धौ ताव अन्धौ जातौ तपस्विनौ तौ परसादयितुं गच्छ मा तवा धर्मॊ ऽतयगान महान ॥ ३-२०५-८ ॥
'This action of thine is improper, for thy ascetic and aged parents, grieved by thy absence, have become blind with sorrow. Return home without delay, O Brahmana, to console thy parents. May this virtue never leave thee.' ॥ 3-205-8 ॥
english translation
तपस्वी तवं महात्मा च धर्मे च निरतः सदा सर्वम एतद अपार्थं ते कषिप्रं तौ संप्रसादय ॥ ३-२०५-९ ॥
'Thou art noble, of ascetic merit, and always devoted to thy religion, yet all these virtues have become futile without the fulfillment of thy duty to them. Go now, and restore comfort to thy parents.' ॥ 3-205-9 ॥

शरद्दधस्य मम बरह्मन नान्यथा कर्तुम अर्हसि गम्यताम अद्य विप्रर्षे शरेयस ते कथयाम्य अहम ॥ ३-२०५-१० ॥
'Give heed to my words and do not act otherwise; I speak what is best for thee, O Brahmana Rishi. Return home this very day.' ॥ 3-205-10 ॥
