तव शॊकेन वृद्धौ ताव अन्धौ जातौ तपस्विनौ तौ परसादयितुं गच्छ मा तवा धर्मॊ ऽतयगान महान ।। ३-२०५-८ ।।

sanskrit

'This action of thine is improper, for thy ascetic and aged parents, grieved by thy absence, have become blind with sorrow. Return home without delay, O Brahmana, to console thy parents. May this virtue never leave thee.' ।। 3-205-8 ।।

english translation

tava zòkena vRddhau tAva andhau jAtau tapasvinau tau parasAdayituM gaccha mA tavA dharmò 'tayagAna mahAna || 3-205-8 ||
