अभिराम नरी कुञ्ज निर्झरॊदक कन्दरम अप्सरॊनूपुर रवैः परनृत्त बहु बर्हिणम ।। ३-१४६-२६ ।।

'It was filled with enchanting groves, romantic caverns, cascading waterfalls, and caves. In these, peacocks danced gracefully, their movements echoing the jingling of the Apsaras' bangles.' ।। 3-146-26 ।।

दिग वारणविषाणाग्रैर घृष्टॊपल शिलातलम सरस्तांशुकम इवाक्षॊभ्यैर निम्नगा निःसृतैर जलैः ।। ३-१४६-२७ ।।

sanskrit

'Its rocky surface was worn down by the tusks of the elephants guarding the cardinal directions. As the river waters cascaded down, the mountain appeared as if its garments were being loosened.' ।। 3-146-27 ।।

'The youthful son of Pandu, strong and radiant as gold, with a lion's strength and the gait of a maddened elephant, pressed forward, intent on fulfilling his beloved's wish. His appearance was striking, like a lion in its prime.' ।। 3-146-30 ।।
