I wish, O King, to behold Vṛkodara with mace in hand. For a long time this has been my constant, earnestly desired ambition.

english translation

When struck in battle by my mace, Vṛkodara—my foremost opponent—will fall upon the earth with shattered limbs, his life-breath departed.

english translation

Even Mount Himavān, if struck by a mace-blow, would by a single strike from me be shattered into hundreds of thousands of pieces.

english translation

And this too is known to them—Vāsudeva and Arjuna alike—that in mace-combat none is equal to Duryodhana; this is the settled conclusion.

english translation

May your fear arising from Vṛkodara cease in the great engagement. I will indeed remove it; do not be distressed, O King.
