तूष्णींभूत उपासीत न चेष्टेन्मनसा अपि । अभ्यावर्तेत ब्रह्मास्य अन्तरात्मनि वै श्रितम्॥५-४३-३४॥
One should abide in silent contemplation and not stir even in the mind. Then Brahman, established within the inner Self, turns back toward awareness and becomes manifest there.
