अयं कर्ता न क्रियते कारणं चापि पौरुषे । यद्यदिच्छेदयं शौरिस्तत्तत्कुर्यादयत्नतः॥५-१२८-५०॥
He is the doer; none makes him a doer, nor is he dependent on any cause within human striving. Whatever this Śauri wills, that he accomplishes without strain.
