As Jāmadagnya (Paraśurāma) has declared, Arjuna is superior even to that. And Kṛṣṇa, the son of Devakī, is indeed formidable—difficult to withstand even for the gods.
english translation
What is the use of speaking further here to one who is attached to comfort, O bull among the Bharatas? All this has been explained to you; act as you wish. I am not able to speak to you again, O best of the Bharatas.
english translation
In the interval of that exchange, Vidura too—the chamberlain—spoke, looking toward Duryodhana, the Dhārtarāṣṭra, who was intolerant of restraint.
english translation
Duryodhana, I do not grieve for you, O bull among the Bharatas. Rather, I grieve for these two elders—Gāndhārī and your father.
english translation
So long as those two, having you—an ill-intentioned protector—as their support, will they wander without refuge: their allies lost, their ministers lost, like two birds with clipped wings.
